Our return policy lasts 10 days after you receive the order or failing 50 days after placing your order if within that period you have not initiated a refund or refund process through our email firstname.lastname@example.org Unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a return or refund service.

Because all products have a size chart and size in their respective description. We cannot process returns or exchanges for errors when choosing your size by company policies.
